Rocket Referral App

The Rocket Referral App is a mobile app built to connect clinical research teams with local referring healthcare professionals. Rocket Trials builds and trains a physician referral network comprised of healthcare professionals willing to refer into local studies. While referring healthcare professionals and the study team can both act as app users, only the study team has additional access to the Rocket Trials Patient Tracking Portal.

Rocket Trials will bill the Sponsor when referred patients reach certain milestones. Our app features include:

• Feasibility Checks — Rocket Trials can narrow down the number of potential patients within our database based on study I/E criteria and location by working with our EHR partners.

• Find Study Details – app users can login to access information (I/E criteria, duration , enrollment dates, etc.) on all studies eligible for enrollment.

• Refer Patients – The in-app referral form makes submitting patient information and collecting consent easy. The study team receives a notification with each new referral.

• Track Referrals – Referring healthcare professionals can track their referrals throughout the screening process.

• Medical Record Aggregation — (optional) Patient HIPAA authorization collected for medical release and medical records provided to sites.
